Refund Policy

Workshops (in-person)

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event start time. We will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Payment processor fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider.
  • Within 7 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us their full name and email at least 24 hours before the event.
  • No‑shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • If we cancel or reschedule the event and you can’t attend, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • For multi‑seat orders, refunds apply per seat under the same conditions.

Digital products (if applicable)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non‑refundable once delivered.
  • We will of course remedy duplicate charges or billing errors.

How to request a refund

Email saurabh@dataniti.ai with your order ID, name, and email used at checkout. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay and not stored on our servers. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the processor.
